Crelira processes account details, product and brand information, uploaded files, order and payment-status information, service logs, and support messages only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
We may use trusted service providers for hosting and infrastructure, authentication and storage, AI-assisted content processing, media production, analytics, communications, and payment processing. These providers receive information only as needed to perform their services. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment provider and are not stored by Crelira.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet applicable legal or accounting obligations.
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention requirements.
